Our rooms are bright and are fully furnished, the old building retains the character typical of a Victorian house. We encourage all new residents to bring along some furniture for their rooms if they wish to do so.
Ampersand House has been a Residential Care Home for 30 years.
The current owners bought the home 16 years ago and decided to keep all of its original features. The home is well-maintained both inside and outside.
The home now provides care the elderly who suffer with dementia but are capable to uphold many daily living tasks. Staff are there to promote their independence and support them whenever they need it.
Our team is dedicated and loving whenever they assist any resident and their well-being.

The home is proud of its building, grounds and staffing. The owners of the Ampersand House have a close relationship with the home and are often seen there.
